Therapy is a collaborative process where insight and change go hand in hand. My role is to help you connect the dots in ways you haven’t before, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop practical skills to navigate life’s challenges.
I take a warm, honest, and evidence-based approach, focusing on what you need in the moment while also working towards long-term growth. Sessions are tailored to your individual goals, whether that means managing emotions, improving relationships, or understanding yourself on a deeper level.
I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and am a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (PSY0002491437). I have completed training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for adolescents and adults, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness-based interventions.
My experience includes working in inpatient hospital programs, private practice, and community settings. Before becoming a psychologist, I worked as a support worker for NDIS participants, assisting individuals with mental health difficulties at their home.
